Our Story

Built for people who close deals, not collect brochures.

APEX launched in New York in 2024 with one goal: put the people who fund, build, and sell U.S. real estate in the same room, face to face. No online portal, no cold outreach — just direct access to the deals and decision-makers that move the market.

Three editions later, APEX has hosted attendees from over 15 countries. In 2026, it expands into Las Vegas — co-located with the Smarter Home & Furnishings Expo and Smarter Infrastructure Summit, so every attendee walks away with more than one industry's worth of connections.
