These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of uspropertyexpo.com and the other websites operated by MIE Group LLC (“MIE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and your participation in the events we organize, including America’s Property Exhibition (APEX). By using the site, registering for an event, or agreeing to receive messages from us, you accept these Terms.
1. Who We Are

2. Use of the Website
You may use the site for lawful purposes connected with our events. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute site content, interfere with the site’s operation, or submit false information through our forms.
3. Registration and Tickets
Ticket prices, entitlements, and refund terms are stated at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms. Promotional codes are limited to one registration per person, expire on the date stated, are not transferable or combinable, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may refuse or cancel a registration that breaches these Terms.
4. Attendance, Photography and Recording
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded, and to MIE using that footage in event and marketing materials. To opt out, notify us in writing before the event. You agree to follow venue rules and the reasonable instructions of event staff.
5. Text Messaging Program Terms
Program name: APEX Event Updates, sent by MIE Group LLC.
Program description: With your separate consent, MIE Group LLC sends (a) event and account text messages such as registration confirmations, reminders, event-day logistics, and replies to your enquiries, and (b) marketing text messages about APEX and other MIE events. Each type requires its own opt-in.
Opt-in: You opt in by checking the relevant unchecked box on one of our website forms or at registration, or by asking us in writing or on a recorded call to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Around event dates you may receive up to four messages per week.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You can also opt out by emailing info@mieexpo.com.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your phone number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy at uspropertyexpo.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The APEX name, logos, site content, and event materials belong to MIE Group LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use them.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our site links to third-party services, including registration and payment platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Event dates, venues, speakers, and programmes may change. The site and events are provided as described at the time of purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIE Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or attendance at an event, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant ticket or service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Updates carry a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
