Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

MIE Expo LLC, doing business as America’s Property Expo (“we,” “us,” “our”), operates a text messaging program for its events. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and what we send. We are MIE Expo LLC, doing business as America’s Property Expo. If you opt in, we may send text messages about ticket and registration confirmations, reminders, and event updates.

2. How you opt in. You opt in by submitting the chat widget with your phone number and consent. You are never required to consent to text messages to register or attend. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

3. Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (773) 897-9167. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 4. Message frequency and data rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
